Flagship programme

Sometimes, an hour at a time isn’t enough.

Private trauma intensives create dedicated time for careful preparation, focused therapeutic work and meaningful integration.

Enquire about suitability

A sample five-day programme

Your intensive. Your pace.

This example shows the rhythm a programme may take. The content, pacing and methods are always adapted following assessment.

No fixed promise of outcome.

An intensive is not a quick fix, and trauma cannot responsibly be promised to “heal” within a set number of days.

Arrive & Understand

Assessment, trauma mapping, goals, nervous-system mapping, grounding and preparation.

Safety & Regulation

Regulation, somatic awareness, EMDR preparation and resourcing where appropriate, SSP where clinically indicated, reflection and restorative space.

Processing

Extended trauma-focused work, EMDR where appropriate, regulation, breaks and integration.

Deepening the Work

Continued processing, beliefs, emotions and body responses, with optional supportive or family work where appropriate.

Integration & Moving Forward

Consolidation, future-focused work, a personalised regulation plan, understanding triggers, setback planning and recommendations.

Possible programme lengths

Different amounts of space for different needs.

5 days

A focused, carefully prepared programme with space for processing, regulation and integration.

7 days

More room to pace the work gently, with time for rest, reflection and consolidation.

10 days

An extended programme for more complex needs, shaped around your support, readiness and individual pace.
